I have the final 200 pieces from the last case of brass for sale. I will sell in qty's of 50. Prices are as follows and this includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48.
I first take the Lapua 6BR casing and give it a visual inspection for defects. Less than 2% of the brass has visible flaws, however they do exist. Once visually inspected, I neck it up to .308 with a K&M mandrel. Then I turn it to your specifications with a PMA neck turner using a K&M carbide cutting mandrel to ensure the inside donut is removed. At this point I chamfer and deburr the case mouth. I then place the brass into a wet tumbler with a Dawn dishwashing soap/Lemishine combo and tumble for 30 minutes to give the brass a high polished look. Once removed from the tumbler, I rinse the brass with clean cool water to ensure all cleaning agents are removed. I dry the brass off with a clean bath towel and place it in a Frankfort Arsenal brass dryer for 2 hours. There may be some slight water spots on brass as they dry. I do another visual inspection to ensure the brass looks clean and safe.
