Passed at 4:45 AM. Considering that Illinois is ran by Democrats, and they already have laws such as needing a FOID card to purchase firearms and ammunition, I'm not sure why they felt the need to pass this before the first crows flew off their roost. No need for them to attempt to hide it.

I think that the US has always had corrupted voting , that is why CNN and vice put so much effort to tell everyone that it was nothing but conspiracy and “trumpers”
And nothing to see. You all realize how quickly this Gov. would collapse if people were in agreement about this?

The laws that these cities put in place are no different. Do the majority really feel the way these Govs are ruling? People are to divided to get these clowns thrown out.

We [legitimate law abiding] Gun Owners are being made into the bad guys by less than 2% of a segment of of our population. Criminals & other miscreants will not be tamed by any law, Nonetheless politicians keep trying these failed attempts [Laws} to make us "safer" you know, for the children. mikeinct

The left elite are not worried about crime - they are only concerned for their own safety, not the general population. Remember, the concept of "gun control" only gained traction after the murder of the Russian royals in 1917.

Which outraged the left - BLM or Jan 6th? The "riots" at the capital were too close to home for the commies.

Please ask your U S Senator and Representatives for term limits. From experience i can tell you they are against it. One Senator from Iowa has been in political office almost half his life. he is 84 - 86 years old.

Grassley is 88 and running for another term. I've lost respect for him. If he steps down or health problems arise after reelection..his Grandson, who is a figure in Iowa politics, probably will step in to fill the void. That's the way things work.

Awhile back i inquired to him about foreign ownership in U S real estate. He told me he had this on his radar for more than four decades ? and not about to stop ?

We have Grassley Royalty in waiting in the Iowa Hse of Representatives .I deleted his reply but did make a copy of it. I 'm thinking of sending to grandson Pat. I did forward the original to a member of the State Senate. No response . I will have to remind her again that she represents the poorest county in IOWA.

the problem with living in illinois, is having to live under the laws dictated to us by the majority population centers of the larger cities, those of us whose whole families live here dont feel like moving away from our grandkids, so stay for our families! Now if the KIDS would move?.......HMMMMMMMM!

Over the years we've had our share of Chicago people immigrate to the great state of Wisconsin. Often time bringing their big city ways and political views with them. We had a couple from Chicago move near us 4 years ago. They have very conservative viewpoints and I feel glad to have them in our neighborhood. Their married daughter and her family moved here a couple years ago. As their parents are conservative, so are they. Wonderful family that home schools to teach to their children the right way and avoid the public schools left wing indoctrination. I'm not sure how you can call Wisconsin a criminal state? Your avatar page shows that you are from California. Wisconsin is nowhere near as criminal as the home of Newsome, Pelosi, and Feinstein. Most of the counties in Wisconsin are solid red. Unfortunately, my county has turned blue. Many reasons for that to include the local newspaper, school indoctrination, and Madison residents that have left the city to become bedroom residents of this adjoining county. Madison is known as 16 square miles of insanity surrounded by common sense. Believe me, Madison is governed by full fledged kooks. We also elected a governor the last time around who was previously a State school official. He vetoes every sensible legislation that our Republican majority sends to his desk. We do not have enough votes to override his vetoes. I believe that he will become a one and done governor, losing his position in our November election. Please don't call Wisconsin a criminal State. We are mostly hard working people of European descent. We will take back our State.

I had a business in west central Illinois..mostly conservatives there. Hated Chicago and Springfield. Amazing the difference in lack of ethics and the cost of doing business there compared to Iowa......
