I wounder if they would ban thses for hunting. I know in my state can not use air craft for big game hunting including drones.

The Jetson-1 they make has a 20 minute run time. Oh and they are $128,000.

I was thinking of how to get my old bones up the mountain. It looks a lot smoother than a four wheeler or a horse. In Texas, we can shoot hogs from an aircraft. That would let a guy cover a lot of ground fast.
I saw that they’re still in prototype phase. Make it gas powered. Make the fuel tank bigger, add more lifting power. Redneck that thing up and I see potential!

Florida law says no shooting from a moving vehicle. Seen it done from a moving airboat on many occasions.

When the Scorpion helicopter kits came out many years ago I had to choose between one of those or a new K5 blazer, the blazer won because the scorpion had a ceiling of about 5,000ft. At the time I was living in Yosemite and some of the places I wanted to fish were between 5,000 and 13,000ft, So I bought the K5 instead.

Now in hindsight I see that, that simple act of buying the 4x4 instead could be the only reason I'm still here to be an old fart since I was just a little stupid and wild back then. (But I still want one!)

Ha! 40 years ago, I traded a motorcycle for a motorized hang glider. Worked on putting it together for a couple years but never flew it. I ended up trading it for another motorcycle. That guy put it together and crashed on his first flight!
