Thanks for the kind welcome!!!! Just starting a new 6.5 creedmoor Remington build and would definitely love some advise on a scope- scope ring binding problem I seem to have quite often but of course I would probably have to get that question going in the correct forum. Recently I have become interested in the M40-M40A5 Marine Sniper rifles, and with all the chatter from the men I have learned a few things. One fellow stated that no matter what position one had in the Marines, he was a Rifleman first!

Welcome and thank you for your service! Only thing is you may need to wear your hip boots, it gets pretty deep around here sometimes....

I'll give all to you Marine. Neck tension is everything, seating depth is everything else. Load workups allow 3 shot groups, real groups include 5 shots. Some boys here want you to wear your barrel half way out testing. Ignore that, your a Marine, you know how to shoot. Unless you plan to enter competition, don't worry with some of the comments here - but pay attention to the level in which they describe their attention to detail. That, in itself, separates this forum from all others.
I don't compete at a high level, doesn't mean I can't learn from those that do.
