New Guy Brass Question

Okay, the Hodgdon recipe calls for Winchester brass and a starting load of 25.5 grains of powder, 55gr. bullet and a 1:12 twist barrel 24 inches long. What I have is Starline brass, 55gr. bullet and a 1:9 twist barrel 26 inches long. From what I've been able to find, the Win. brass has an average water capacity of 30.1 gr. and the Starline brass has an average water capacity of 29.1 grs.. So, my question, do I need to adjust my starting load of the same powder because of the differences I have?
Thanks in advance.

You’ll see the affects of the smaller case volume as you get closer to Max charge weights. You might not be able to get to the book “Max charge” before seeing high pressure signs.
