Really? This is the first I am hearing about another chronograph coming out. I have to say, I do love manufacturer competition. Keep bringing those prices down! Lol

There's also the Caldwell doppler, currently $400 at Scheels, but it's looking kind of sub par compared to the rest of the field. I'm saving my nickels for a Labradar LX, which recently upgraded the firmware to include some BC capability. Good to see Labradar wasn't resting on their laurels, as it were, and came up pretty quickly with a competitive option to Garmin.

I've noticed a few places lowering the prices on the Garmin.
(Garmin allowed them to lower the MAP price)
They know the Athlon unit is due the end of March or beginning of April.

I hated paying up for a Garmin and knew they would get competition on the next cycle at Shot Show but....that darn tool has helped me more than any other I have--it has worked flawlessly --and made my life So Much Easier--I knew they would be $199 on day but.............
At least I did not buy a LabRadar ( just kidding I know they are very nice machines)
