New F Class bi pod

I have been using a new bi pod developed by F Class High Master Ted Webster who is based in Michigan. The “Webster” bi pod has proven to be very stable and does not move out of position when the rifle is fired like the Harris does. It is easily adjusted while in position for height, and the 3” diameter feet rotate freely, allowing you to adjust the rifle to a level position. Height adjustments are more than adequate for just about any firing point, with an additional 1-2” available by unscrewing the stainless rods that hold the feet in the aluminum tubes. At 1.75 lbs. this bi pod is light on its feet. I used it with a mounting system for the standard Anshutz rail, but it is mountable to any forearm style. The lock-up on the forearm was very tight and I just left the mounting stud on the rifle and removed the bi pod itself by loosening the locking knob.

The “Webster” bi pod is available for $175.00. Email me for contact information- sapper299@hotmail.com

Does the mounting stud fit into a standard sling swivel hole, or does the stock need to be modified to mount it?

You can use the sling stud as is with a different mounting stud than I use. We would need the dimensions of your fore end to make sure that it is supported all the way across and how far back from the front of the forearm the stud is located. Pictures would be a good idea as well.

Contact Ted directly at Twebster@umich.edu, give him your information and he will be more than happy to fix you up.

Whats the min/max height? Will it support #50? Would it be hard to swap the feet out to something with more traction? I need a real bipod that will hold my 50 cal.
