New cz need scope and rings what should I look at

I have a cz 527 lux in 22 hornet, im looking for a target scope for range bench shooting, out to 100 yards to start.
Id say this scope needs top out at 125 bucks,or ill be sleeping outside,if you get my drift. What brand of rings are quality and stay put as well?

Nikon scope and rings should hold you in a good budget sense, 3-9x40 should keep you in your range. I own a Nikon it's good glass, not top end but pretty good for the dollars and their rings work great for your application. For mounts I used leupold because of accessibility they make everything to fit anything! But if your mail ordering just get what you want they will have it dropshipped to you!
