New chronograph ID help

Recently (Within the last 2-3 months) I read about a new style of chrono that was due on the market early this year, it was been developed in the USA, for the life of me I cannot find any info about it now :-[ can anyone help?

This was a new design, the idea was it woudl be setup next to the shooter and aimed at the target essentially your shooting next to it, not over or through it.

Anyone seen it?

Does sound interesting as they claim the ability to measure at varying distances. Calculate your own BC's ???

If you look at the "new feed" area, you will see that they think it is going to be around $400.

There was some info on the hide about this, someone talked to a factory guy.
You can't just set the unit up at say 400 or 800 yards and shoot by it. It's activated by sound, muzzle blast and good to 200 or so yards. Which will still provide some data.
They say it works with arrows???? If it's sound activated, makes me wonder.

Sound and muzzle blast?? From what I read on their site this is a "radar based" unit. Doppler radar doesn't need anything other than a radar reflective object that's moving.

It sounds to me like someone scaled up and refined a "Hot Wheels Radar Gun".

Here's where I'm taking my info, plus their website. To me, in theory this will work and be way easier to setup than a reg chrono or magnetospeed.
