This ^^^^^. Nothing really matters if the makings aren't available. Who knows when Lapua brass will be available again? And it's been a long time since seeing any Sierra or Nosler varmint bullets for sale. Hornadys, yes, and they're very good. I'd go with either a 6BR / 6BRAI, if you've enough brass, with 58 or 65gr Vmax.....my 6BR and 6BRAI both shoot them very well. Or - my first choice would be another 223AI.......with, as Ackleyman said, a 12-14tw barrel and short or NO freebore. Fast twist is a thing now but the slower twist (mine are all 14) is very easy to find a good load and will shoot just about anything well. Plus, 50's at 3800 is well within the accuracy window of a 22-250, and 40's are very accurate over 4100. An amazing cartridge. Again, in today's situation you have to consider what you can actually get.Brass Availability is an issue on anything you choose, so why not choose what you can actually get?
223 AI, 50g at 3800 is real world in a 12-14t with zero to .030 short freebore, AA2015, N133, and my personal favorite, H335 with very long barrel life. 55's at 3700 on a 26" barrel is real world with N135, resulting in very tiny groups with br4 primer
Now you ought to know that H335 is so temp sensitive that good results are near impossible, lol;-).Brass Availability is an issue on anything you choose, so why not choose what you can actually get?
