New bolt knob options

Hey guys,

I just finished up two new bolt knob designs for your consideration. The two knobs on the right are the Diamond and the Teardrop style. In order from left to right they are: VORTEX, PPR, DIAMOND, and the TEARDROP. I will get some coated pics up shortly. As always, thanks for checking them out.

Regards,
Paul

Some different options. ;D

Very nice looking knobs. Should go well with the beautiful fluting that you do. I have made a few bolt knob myself, but they are only knurled. ;( Lol

Paul did a bolt knob and fluting job for me and the work was fantastic. Really like the new diamond design.

What is the intended use for the rifle the new bolt knob is going on? On my BR rifles, I barely use the bolt knob at all. I open the bolt with a lift of my hand with the side of my forefinger doing the majority of the work. I close the bolt, again, with the forefinger doing the majority of the work and that is close to the action and not out at the knob. Those knobs look like they would do a fine job gracing a long range, hunting, or tactical rifle. They do look fine. I can also see where they would serve a BR shooter well when they have to lose weight and want a bolt handle knob.

I have a couple of Paul's knobs on my Defiance actions that I use in 600 yard competition. With the firing pin spring I have, the knob is a great addition. I don't like to run too light on FP spring tension, and the knob gives just enough leverage advantage to make everything work very smoothly.
