I know this has been beaten to death and after reading thru various past threads last nite for 2 hours the only thing i came up with was a headache. ;D But my question revolves around fireforming for my new Dave Bruno built 6 dasher that I picked up yesterday. It is a tight neck .268 chamber and I realize I have to turn the necks. I was seriously contemplating turning the neck on one case down to the shoulder junction, expand the neck to .257 and then size neck down in increments to where it chambers. Then after jamming bullet and fireforming this round can I use this round to then re set the neck turner for the proper length of cut on the rest of the cases and use this as the false shoulder?
I also looked hard at the COW method posted by forum member Skeeter using Titewad powder and then neck turn. I guess I am thinking out loud and looking for the best method. Any and all suggestions/comments are welcomed.
