Nesika threaded barrel/Rem 700 receiver question

Is there an artful way of mating a former Nesika barrel (1.0625 x 18tpi x 0.965 tenon) to a new host 700 receiver (1.0625 x 16tpi x 0.700 tenon, 1.075 threads for trued action). Or, is the bottomline, that the Nesika just needs to have its shank set back completely, re-threaded and chambered? Anyone with any insight in this area? Thanks for any assistance!

(desire here is to retask a hyper accurate Nesika threaded barrel to long range 700 rig, without breaking the bank!)

From Preacher on basic GS page:
From looking at the numbers your best bet will be to recut everything..
The old 1.062 shank will float in a 1.075 hole...
The threads are off 2 threads per inch...
______

Yes, talked with Springman this morning (he finished the tube for original owner) and came to same conclusion -- needs to be set back a thread length and start over -- just hoping that there might be a smart work around that I wasn't ware of -- but this is best in the end (or until I acquire a proper 1.062/18tpi receiver!).

Preacher, thank you for taking the time to think through the question and reply -- much appreciated!
