Nesika bolt extractor

I am having no luck getting a replacement Nesika Bay extractor to work reliably. Has anyone converted one to a Sako style extractor? How hard is the bolt? Cut OK?

I have a J that someone prior to me put a Sako extractor in. It works great. They ground the extractor lip off the sliding plate and left the rest of it in to fill the slot. They also put a radial bushing in to tighten up the clearance, I assume to keep the case on the extractor longer.

See if a Borden TPE will work. Not sure, but think they are almost the same action.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Finally got the Nesika extractor to work by grinding underneath the lip. My sign was it would extract an empty case but not if I pulled the trigger. I guess the firing pin pushed the partially engaged extractor off. Happy customer, now I can go back to being retired.
