I fired 150 rounds through it today using Eley Benchrest precision. Now it has 200 total rounds through it. The last fired case still goes partially back into the magazine upon extraction. I thought by now all the issues would have been addressed and corrected. This happens about 90% of the time and with all 4 magazines I tried. Don't know if it is worth sending back or not, I still haven't decided. Bolt operation is not smooth as I am used to. Good trigger.

I have about the same number of rounds through mine and am finding the bolt getting smoother with use. Not Anschutz or Walther smooth, but maybe on time it'll get close.
No, closer to 2 moa. But I only use a front sandbag rest, so there is more room for human error. Next time out (don't know when that will be), I am going to try some Eley club and see if it likes that better.
Well, it is on it's way back to the factory. Hopefully they can get it right as I only return things ONCE for a defect. If not, they will go on my "bad" list.
