I am wanting to use a soft case and not go the hard case route. I’d really like the case made by Seb. Maybe someone that went with the hard case route won’t need theirs and I’ll make it worth it for them.

Dear Shawn,
I am sad to know that you really need the carrying bag for your Neo-X and that I don't make them anymore. It's all due to our extremely busy workload. We have to make lots of various bags such as the front bags, rear/bigfoot bags, etc. Making the Neo-X carrying bags took much longer time than the other bags and the demand for the Neo-X has been very large, while I can't find a sub-con that I can rely on,or adding more employees to make the bag. Regretfully we stopped making Neo-X bag and replaced it with foam box in order to speed up the overall lead time.
I wish that I can make rests and bags as fast as I can imagine.
Again I'm truly sorry about it! Thank you for your business and understanding... seb.

Wow I appreciate the transparency Seb. If I were to choose I’d prefer that you get more rests out than making bags. I just received my Neo-X 2 weeks ago and it is a work of art.
I have been hoping to find someone not using theirs but that appears to be more of a dream.
Looks like I’ll either make a soft bag work or use a hard case.
