NEO Question

Tried the brand new Seb NEO rest yesterday. I wanted a rest for both 50 yard rimfire and center fire. The verticle joystick travel only covered three of the five rows of bulls on the 50 yard target. I thought this rest was suppose to have 43 MOA verticle travel with the joystick, which should be plenty to cover the short range target. Anyone know if I may be doing something wrong or somehow need to make an adjustment to get the proper verticle travel?

If I need a different rest to be able to shoot both long and short range, does anyone know if any other joystick rests have enough verticle and horizontal travel to cover the short range target?
