Nelson DeMille -- Viet Vet, Author RIP

Nelson DeMille passed away yesterday.
A VietNam veteran (Hue) lieutenant he was the author of over 20 books. 17 best sellers.
I was honored a few years ago to meet him.
If you’re a VietNam Vet, and looking for a very informative read “Up Country “ I would highly recommend it.If you are a Vietnam vet the title is self explanatory.
Rest in peace Sir.

I thought Up Country was a great book. It hung around in my mind for quite a while. I loaned it and it never came back.
