Need to reach someone with JP Enterprises

Having trouble getting someone to help me get the Recoil Eliminator with the proper specs and JP is unavailable and the resellers either are ignorant or not available as well. Didn't know the Covid affected phone support?
 
What are you putting on? Do you need to know what size it needs to be for bullet clearance?
