My friend dad has this and ask me what it's worth. It's rem 700 adl 243 .... estimated 74 year. Can I get ballpark nevermind the scope. Its not excellent but high side of good

That's a BDL. There's a 2 letter date code on the left side of the barrel ahead of the receiver, but your guess is probably pretty close. I'm guessing from $800 up depending on the finer details.
