Need some ballistics help

Trying to convince club to build 1000 yard range instead of just 600.
Is there anyway to determine the impact distance of say a .308 bullet that clear a 25 foot high berm from a firing that is anywhere from 0 to 8 or 10 feet high? The angle of impact would be good to know as well.
I realize this is a question out the realm of typical ballistics discussion, but if anyone has had to do this before, I would appreciate you sharing your info.

Terrain is flat. Assume a typical load of 175 at 2700-2800.

A 150 GR .308 bullet with a muzzle velocity of 2820 fps can travel 4,470 yards with a 35.2 degree angle of departure. Angle of impact is beyond me.

This calculator may help but doesn't consider the bullet tumbling at some point in it's trajectory.

You are forgetting about my 300 grain 338 at 3000 FPS!!
