need some advise

I shoot f class with my 308 and I do all my own loading. My problem is my 14 girl year would like to try it and I have a ruger 22-250 with a 1 in 14 and a 28 inch bull barrel could this work for a starter gun for 600 yard f class. If so any ideas where to start loads at.

A 55 gr bullet would be the heaviest a 14 tw shoot. I like H414 for my 22- 250. A 9 tw or faster tw in 223 would be a good starter for a 14 year old girl, or any one.
