No. You need a resize reamer which will bring the case dimensions down below fired size. Think of it this way. When you fire a cartridge, the brass swells to match the chamber dimensions. That dimension will be a little larger than the 'resting' chamber dimension because, unless you are using very mild loads, the chamber will also enlarge elastically during firing. Your brass will relax but will be larger in diameter at most datum than prior to firing. When you size brass down, it will also rebound a little due to elasticity present. If your die only sized down to chamber dimensions but the brass 'sprung back' a little after sizing, it would not fit the chamber well. You can have loads that produce little to no permanent deformation in the case base/body but it will always expand in the neck; that area will always need sizing down to hold a bullet (neck sizing collet dies can be used in such a situation).Can my chamber reamer be used for reaming the dies?
It can be used for the seating die but not for a sizing die. As mentioned above a size die needs to be smaller than the chamber.Can my chamber reamer be used for reaming the dies?
