Need load data for .223 52gr Amax

Finally have some 52gr Amax to load, now I need some data. I'm not really finding much for this bullet. I will have Varget, H4895, N135, N540, RE15, CCI400, 450's, Win WSR, Fed205m. What I did find for the Varget was max 26gr at 3200fps? I was hoping for a little more velocity, more like 3300+ but I'll take what I can get if they shoot for me.
Thanks
Scott

I have a xr-100 .223 rem with a shilen 14 twist barrel, I use the 52 grain amax with 23.5 grains of reoader 10x and a oal of 2.260". I get great accuracy and a veocity of 3320fps, winchester case with 205 primers.

If you use data for a 55 gr v- max and start low and work up you should have any trouble. I like benchmark in that weight range. Also h4895. In the slower powders rl 15 and varget most of the time you will be at or near max case fill b4 they pressure out. The vv powders are good but hard to find sometimes. Goodluck

Give H4895 a try. My PD load for my CZ527 varmint 223 is 26.8 H4895, CCI 450/BR-4, 52-Amax, OAL 2.245, at 3340fps. I'm coating the 52's with WS-2, so start low of course and work up. Max OAL for the CZ is 2.264, but groups tightened with a little jump.

AA2015. Rem 700, 22" sporter barrel, Fed 205M, LC Brass, 24.5 grs. AA2015, 3170 fps, shoots in the 4 to 5's three shots all day.

Tried some 52 AMax in my 30 inch MacLennon 8 twist barrel, .223 Wylde chamber throated for 75-80 gr match bullets.

Used 26.5 gr H335, COAL 2.270. This compares to Hornady`s recommendation of 2.230.

Chronos at 3200 fps. Put 5 into 1/2 inch at 100 metres. Nice load.

The 52 grain a-max is my go to bullet for groundhogs in my howa 223. I did alot of testing with varget, H322 and reloader 10x and its pretty much a tossup as to which powder is the most accurate, all three powders produced some 5 shot groups in the .3-.5 range. I decided only on reloder 10x because thats what i shoot in my 204.

I did some load development yesterday with this bullet and my best groups of the day were with 25.2 gr of Benchmark and 205m primers. I know the Benchmark is not on your list but it may be worth a try. The last 2 5-shot groups out of my XR100 with this load were in the mid .2s at 100 yds. In addition to the Benchmark I also tried Varget, Reloader 10 & XBR8208. Hope this helps.
