Need info on these bolt action magnum bolts Rem 700 custom?

Purchased these thinking maybe fit Rem 700/ Surgeon? custom bolts with m16 extractor cut. 2 left hand magnum and 3 right hand seems to be 338 lapua face. Maybe gunsmith on here that builds rifles can answer. Thanks. Will keep trying to load other measurement pics.
In this first set of pics the last pic. Notice the lapua face bolt is longer. .100" longer in between the lug and bolt handle. And body dia is .700 on magnum left hand bolt. Body on Lapua right hands is .735. Lug thickness .450ish on magnum left hand and .530ish on lapua face bolts. So I didnt know if these were custom size to fit custom rem 700 or clones ect.

I’m not a Gunsmith but I have some Surgeon bolts. My bolts don’t look like those. Those might fit a Surgeon action but I don’t think they were made by Surgeon.

Yep some standard magnum and some Lapua. All PT&G bolts

I was able to get more pics uploaded. they did look like a PT&G short action bolt i have on br rifle but didnt have long action to measure from.
