If you were two states to the right, I could trade you a few pounds 8208 for some h4895.

How temp stable is 8208xbr?

Virtually no change in velocity in temps from -40 degrees F to +165 degrees F a feat no other powder can match. Meters in ANY powder measure to +/- .1 grain. Uniformity from shot to shot that translates into tack driving accuracy, cartridge after cartridge, and velocities that equal or exceed all competitive propellants. Be it Sniper, Varmint or Match competition, IMR 8208 XBR has no equal.

I have tried 30,30.5 31,31.5 of h4895 and 29,30 30.5 of varget just shot 31g of varget and looked better and no pressure signs yet

Off topic, but 8208XBR is magic in my. 22BR. In case anyone was wondering. Lol. Now back to our regular programming.

I was wondering…..lol.

It works great for me my 12 Twist BRA with 80s, but I could not get it to perform in my 8 Twist with 105 class bullets. Varget and H 4895 brought that rifle alive.
