Need help with .300 win mag please

Hi, I have a Savage long Range Hunter in .300 win mag that I send back to Savage. My problem is that every time i go to extract a round after firing its stuck in the chamber and i cant pull the bolt out. Happens with hand loads and factory ammo. Like i said ive sent it back to Savage and im not sending it again it was three months before i got it back. So what can I do to try and fix the problem

Have the chamber polished as I have seen a few with pretty rough chambers or is the chamber to tight.Have a chamber cast made and measure it against a new factory round.Maybe the neck is to tight.I have had 2 shilen barrels with supposedly no turn necks and had to skim turn my brass to make them work.

what does the fired brass look like ??

any thing show up that could be allowing the brass to grab and stay put ??

it does not take much

If you don't have any issues with the chamber, I would check the primary extraction.
