Need help unknown reamer

I came across this Reamer in my pile and it's not marked and I have yet to identify it. Must have been one of those Friday night buys?? If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks

Body length. 1.964
Neck length. .295
Reamer base diameter. .392
Diameter at top of body before neck. .334

Does it look rimmed? Looking in obsolete American cartridges in Cartridges of the World and a 30-30 Wesson looks pretty close but has a .440" rim.

It does have a. . 440 rim. Thanks for the help I'll look the cartridge you suggested and compare the dimensions.
