Need help identifying case neck turning machine or at least case holder.

I have a custom made neck turning machine I bought about 20 years ago. An older short range shooter I knew bought it for me at a match in NC or VA. I dont remember who made it, but it is high quality. It has a Bodine electric motor. I bought a PPC/BR and Mag. shell holder. What I need now is a .223 shellholder. Can someone identify this machine, or who made it so I can try and find a .223 shellholder that will fit it. Thank you, Samuel Hall

Time moves on and after 20 years the unidentified maker may also have “Left the Range” or just not be making the unit any more.
If all else fails, search out a good machine shop and have them turn up a shell holder to match the ones you already have. Just a thought…

Henry Varainin of Virginia made these in the early 2000's. Sadly Henry has passed on. They are an outstanding neck turning setup.
That sounds right! I was thinking his first name was Henry and from VA. What I understood back then was he made several for short range guys and were very popular. So it is not a “one off”. I will put a want ad here and see if someone might have a .223 shellholder for one they are not using.

P&M neck turner has a case holder that might work?

Henry was a salt of the earth guy, he would do anything to help a friend or fellow shooter. I was fortunate to be both. The world was a better place with Henry in it. We are diminished for sure.

Here is an old post...it's a little different but, you might get some ideas from it.

Nice, but A lot of work and expense. My variable speed plus low and high Craftsman 1/2" drill does 48 pieces of 220 Russian before needing recharging. 2 batteries. The chuck holds the brass just fine. $59 I have a Whitetail primer Pocket cleaner I use in it also. I'll never go back to a dedicated turner.

Got to post 14, I think you'll find your set up there.
