Need help for drawings for 6.5 Ackley Improved

Hi comrades,

I'm bussy with a project to build a 6.5 AI. The problem in Europe is, this caliber is not listed. To get the permission for this caliber, I need drawing for the cartridge and the chamber. Also, I need load data, max pressure and so far.
Can some body help with some details or a complete documentation for this wildcat?

Based on which cartridge:In Italy you have to provide a proof barrel in order to get the non standard cartridge approved(both country are C.I.P.).

Unfortunately, the 6.5-06 AI (if this is truly what you're asking about) has not been standardized and published with the SAAMI specifications. As such, wildcats can and do vary by dimensions and function. The caliber is listed as 6.5 but this particular cartridge has been held back from being accepted here in the U.S. by SAAMI.

You can find some load data by searching websites but again, without standardization there is less to go on for minimums and maximums.

As an alternative for your seeking a somewhat 'improved' 6.5mm cartridge, I suggest you take a look at the 6.5 Weatherby RPM.

The case capacity is more than the -06 version and the shoulder is only 35 degrees not the typical Ackley 40 degrees but it's a terrific cartridge for hunting.
