Need help for disabled vet trying to shoot a mile

Terry and several others built a .338 edge for my buddy victor. He lives in McKinney, Texas. He’s trying to find a place to shoot 1000 yards + and preferably out to a mile. He has a ZCO527 and 11 mils of adjustment in his base. Right now all the places close to McKinney have cartridge restrictions. Does anyone have a farm or place to shoot and could potentially mentor victor?

I can PM you his number if anyone is interested. I’m central Georgia, otherwise I would be taking the charge.

I'm in Central Louisiana. I'm a farmer and have my own steel range out to 1 mile.
I have plates up at 100 yard increments to 800...then 1000, 1300 and 1765.
I'd be happy to have him.
I'm pretty busy and its pretty hot this time of year but would gladly make arrangements for a weekend day to get him shooting.
