need-help 243 88gr berger

i have a 243 1in10 twist an 22 in barrel. i would like to use win 760 or h380 any help on a good load would be great.

That's a very hot load according to the numbers I see on QL.
3110 FPS 60057 PSI
I'd back that off to 41.5 grs. 2948 FPS 49778 PSI COAL 2.710"

For H380 use 39.2grs. 2929 FPS 49697 PSI COAL 2.710"
For W760 uise 41.9 grs. 2981 FPS 50037 PSI COAL 2.710"

Unless to know or list a given AOL with the load data for any cartridge it's dangerious to give out data without including it!!!!

You are correct. I added the COAL as defaulted in QL.
