Need Burris Scope recommendation

Looking at trying a Burris scope for my 22-250 prairie dog rifle. Does anyone have experience or recommendations for any of the Burris scopes?
Thanks

I have a Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x42 with Ballistic Plex on my 22-250 prairie dog gun. Its not a VX-III but I've taken alot of prairie dogs with it and had no complaints. Sorry, I've never used any of the other Burris scopes but they are on my list to try.

burris makes some pretty decent glass. i wus never sold on the ballistic plex tho. the idea that with this reticle you can hit a target out to 300 yrds acurately is a joke to me. it can be done if you practice with your setup, but there are too many variables in different types ammo and guns for this one reticle to fill the needs of every rifle. to actually have a true range compensating scope you need a mil-dot reticle. sorry got a little caried away there.

a 4.5-14x42 w/ ao and reg. plex would be pretty nice.

Sig.Select in 6x24 or 8x32 FPX or BMD reticule w/Target turrets. Blk.Dia. in the same choice of power and reticule setups.can't go wrong with either. The Sig.Select is in the $500-600 range the Blk.Dia. is in the $700-800 range.I have several no complaints.

I have 2 I use for p-dogs a signature-II and a Black diamond, both 6x24 and both with fine plex. The black diamond had a mil-dot in it, but the cross hairs were so large they covered up dogs at more than 400 yards, so I had it changed to fine plex. This worked much better.

I like the 6x24 or 8x32 for varmints - you can see a small target a long way away, but can dial down the power for target acquisition or if the mirage is too much.

I have a Burris Black Diamond 8-32x 50mm that I bought based on a review here on 6mmbr. I am very impressed with this scope all the way out to 32x it is solid.
