Do you want a Walnut stock or will you take a Hogue?

Would prefer wood. How much and is this a rubber molded stock

Speaking from 25 years of gunsmith experience, please be careful with guns that have been through a fire. If the fire was hot enough to burn the wood, and or weaken the springs, then the action, and the barrel normally has had all of the temper cooked out of it and becomes very weak. If you must proceed with this project, have a competent reloader make you some proof loads, and test the barreled action strapped to something solid with a long string.
