Need a good gunsmith in WA state

I just replaced the barrel on my match AR and would like to have another match upper made from the old one to use for my practice sessions. I'm looking for a recommendation for a good gunsmith in Washington that can do that. I was going to use Rick at Freudenbeg Custom Rifles but I've found him to be a disappointment and would like someone better or at least a pleasure to deal with.

Where would you go if this was your rifle?

If you physically did the work to replace your old barrel with a new barrel, then you just need to buy the parts to build up a second upper. If you didn't then you should invest in the three or four tools necessary to install an AR-15 barrel. It's work that you can do yourself really easily. The tools are a one time investment, unlike having to pay a gunsmith every time to install the barrel.

I took it to a local smith first but Les Baer builds them using a custom wrench that was built for them. Also they had used a red Lock-tite in the assembly and I wouldn't be comfortable using that kind of heat when I don't know what I'm doing.
The accuracy is dropping off sharply now but I don't care so much about that since it will basically be for offhand and rapid fire sitting practice only. I'm just looking to lengthen the life of the new one by only bringing it out to matches.

Why not ship the upper to a reputable smith such as Compass Lake?
