Need a good gunsmith for two military rifles

I have an Eddystone and a 1903A3 with tomatoe stakes that need barrel replacements. The Eddy will get a nice used month/year correct Eddy barrel and the Rem 1903a3 will get a NOS correct R month/year. I need you guys to recomend a smith and tell me what i need to tell the gunsmith to do. I live in College Park Md and can sent the gun anywhere

The 1903 A3 I have not a problem with but the Eddystone honestly is too hard it will Rockwell about 60 or 65 on the RC scale

All Chuck Moline does is vintage military rifles. I had him rebarrel my 1917 a few years ago, quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. I had my 1903 done with someone else, only because it was closer to me.
