Gary, I think you may just need a shim pack to get 10 MOA. I don't know of anybody that makes a 10 MOA base. 20 MOA is the least I have ever seen as far as production bases. You can order an assorted shim pack from Brownells. Hope this helps. Bill

Near Mfg. makes one piece bases in 10MOA, 25MOA and 60MOA for your action in SS and matte black finishes. I have one on a SA Savage action and the quality is excellent.

BTW, Cabelas had the 10MOA bases on clearance a while back but I have no idea if they've still got 'em.
