Neck turning

A little of both. It's more about keeping the cutter straight. So you have to move with it some. I keep my hand on the cutter resting on the bench and move the drill and brass into the cutter. I also rest the corner of the drill battery on the bench. So it all has to move a little together. It's kinda of a dance but it works for me. What ever it takes to get the job done in the most accurate manner.

I'll give that a try. I was pretty much laying the drill against the table and moving the pma tool back and forth .

Thanks. Laying the cutter on the table is making consistent brass now.... thank you for the suggestion
