Neck turning tools

Greetings,
Well, it looks as if I'm going to have to get into neck turning. I have none of the equipment so I'm looking for suggestions.
Let me know what you think. I've been looking at everything from hand turning to the 21st century hand lathe. What's out there? What are you guys using and why?
Thanks in advance for the help,
Rick

I did try a friends 21st century hand late, but chose this one. I have done thousands of cases on the Hornady neck turner using my power drill. If mine broke tonight I'd buy another tomorrow.

I use a Dayton right angle gearmotor and hold the turner by hand. I put a variable speed switch from a ceiling fan on it. It works great. I have used K&M, Sinclair, Hart and 21st Century. I like the K&M and maybe the 21st Century a little better because it is bigger and easier to hold. Both are easy to adjust and hold good measurements. Matt

I acquired a PMA turner from Pat Reagan @ the World Open. I have used it since and feel it's adjustability or ease of makes it the best I have used... Quality is terrific

I use a K&M case drive in my drill and hold the PMA turner.. I trim with a WFT II the same way and also chamfer this way..

PMA's case drive tool look superior then K&M by design but I haven't tried one to verify..

Benchrite case lathe, 21st. century and PMA neck turning tools all work great for me.......

I started with the K&M 15 years ago when I got into short range BR and after the N.T. learning curve , they have served me well. The big plus is they are relatively inexpensive and I can dedicate a turner for each caliber/ neck thickness (i.e. -set it and forget it). If I were looking for one turner that would be continually adjusted to accommodate various calibers/ neck thicknesses, I would lean toward the Sinclair NT-4000. IMHO carbide mandrels will eliminate a lot of headaches in the effort to maintain consistency.
