Neck Turners

Has anyone had any experience with the Sinclair premium neck turner. I have 2 of the model 1000 neck turners and am thinking of upgrading to the Premium. Any suggestions?

I have one with 22, 6mm and 30 cal mandrels. I like it as much as my Pumpkin and that's saying a lot.

I have 4 K&M Turners for three different cartridges. I adjust them where I want them, then never touch them again. I can do this because they're very economical to own.

dbaird: I also have the Sinclair NT-1000 that I started with many years ago, and upgraded to the NT-4000. Mandrels are usable in both, the mandrel body die is a vast improvement over the original with the tiny set screw (that never securely held the mandrel). The adjustable settings are repeatable to the nearest thousandth and very quick to make. Large body makes it easy to hold onto.

Completely satisfied with my NT-4000.

It is truly hard to beat sinclairs tools, they are top motch but there are others that work well too. I would buy it myself if I hadnt walked into an older cps turner with a mitutoyo mic on it to make your adjustments.
