I have a couple neck up wildcats Im in the works on doing and a custom neck and throat reamer looks like the least expensive way to acceptable results. Are they any harder to achieve goid results with than a regular throating reamer? Not for benchrest use, most of them are just for fun on already used barrels. (rechamber a 308 palma tube to 30-338 to launch 110z at warp speed with no concern for barrel life type situations, the neck up comes from using a 7mmRM reamer for most of it)
Plus i may want more later which gives the neck and throater more appeal over a custom reamer
