neck tension for a repeater?

I`ve been wondering a bit about the neck tension I will need to work my 7SAUM loads in a repeating rifle. Will the extra tension to keep the bullet in place be bad for the acuracy of the round? I plan to get a Redding bushing die set and I`m not sure what size neck I will have in the chamber yet. I will turn the necks just to uniform the dia. so I`m in the dark in what size neck I`ll end up with. If someone with experience with this round or any other 7mm stuff could give some advice it`ll help me a bunch.
