neck honing Forster FL dies

Has anybody had their Forster FL dies neck honed by Forster, I've just sent mine away to be done and was wondering of anybodies opinion of their work and results. Mine is being honed to 0.265" for 6Br which gives 3 thou tension (after springback) with 105g A max.

I use them a lot! I have a 6-6.5 x 47 Lapua that I wanted 1.5-2.0K neck tension.. I LIGHTLY turn my necks to even them up. I ran a 6.5 x 47 case into my 6mmBR die to reduce the neck, then used my 6mmBR seater die to run a bullet into the case to measure it. I wanted .2675>>>>they delivered .2675 which gives me precisely 1.5k neck tension. Whatever I have ordered from them came back exactly as planned. I have never had any questions of their quality..

I like the idea of one pass with little chance of brass build up, thats why I went for honing.

Have had 3 dies honed, perfect and quick turnaround.

Every Forster die I own has been sent in to be honed. Mr. Ruch and crew have been perfect every time thus far (at least 10 dies). Another words, I would say they are great and you have nothing to worry about.

I'm from the UK, i found there service to be fantastic, from mailing the die off to return was about 2 weeks if i remember right, the guys/gals at the plant were very helpful. This quality of service works, all my dies are now Forster.

They have done 2 hone jobs for me, my 6 Dasher and a 257 AI. They work perfect and I think it's a great service. If I didn't have a bunch of other dies for various cartridges I would have all Forester dies that were honed. I tried to get them to hone other makes and they won't do it. I've recieved my die back from Forster, very pleased, gives me the tension required, Forster themselves were a pleasure to deal with, quick and efficient.

I have about 5 dies honed, they doe a good job. Id prefer to error on the side of a lil more tension than not. You always have spring back even when resizing necks.
