and the competitor with the lowest overall score is the 1000 Yard National Champion.

Wow THANK you everyone. What a great time this week. I want to say thank you to Sacramento Valley Shooting Sport Associations, Sloughouse long range benchrest shooters, Mike, Bob, John, Steve, Jim, Gary, Dale, Greg and the two young volunteers. You guys have put countless hours into this event and none of this would be possible with out you guys. Thank you to my fellow competitors that have taught me and answered many questions over the past several years. Louie and Bill Johnston you both have been instrumental in my success and I am here today because of you both!!! Thank you!!

What a great week to be able to shoot 600 yard and 1000 yard matches on a great range. John, Mike, Steve, Jim, Gray, Bob, Greg, Brad, Hunter, and I can’t remember the other young man that help all of us, and all the other shooters that step in and helped move benches target frames. It takes a lot of work to put on the nationals I think they did a great job, if I missed someone’s name it was not mentful. Thank You very much. Congrats Kieth on your impressive victory! It was great seeing you and Canada, and of course the baby, and getting to meet Bill and a host of other great people and excellent shooters.
