NATO/Picatinny UNDERSIDE rail for bolt action rifles?

I was wondering if anybody here knows of a NATO/picatinny rail that mounts the the underside of a bolt-action rifle (rem 700). I figured there would be one that mounted to the sling post, but I have not been able to find one.

You can buy rail blanks that can be adapted to most anything. Would this be to mount a bipod perhaps?

If I were so inclined I'd just get a rail "blank" about the length I wanted and secure it with screws through the forend and bed the rail with epoxy.

With my 700 there are two sling studs on the forend. I mount the bipod on the rear one and I could use the front to secure a short rail for an "illumination device" if I was so inclined. Other than that, I haven't seen any rails specially built rails for the "belly" of a 700.

I put these on my hunting rifles and they are great. Seekins makes top notch stuff.

There are several stud to rail adapters. Here is one by Shooters Ridge...

Badger, Seekins, and Accu-Shot make them. Most common use for them are for the Accu-Shot Atlas bipod, so search accordingly. I have bottom rails from all three, they all work great. Seekins is my favorite.

I just emailed Seekins since their rails looked a lot more compact then the Shooter's ridge one. I was confused about the "holes spacing". One of my rifles has one sling stud and the other has 2, but they are 1.75" apart. The Seekins mount lists 2 & 2.5" spacing.
