Ordered some CCI 450 primers at a good price. After order saw they had offer for
free hazmat. Called and got through to a nice rep who said no problem we will
apply. About 4 hours later saw something else I wanted and called back. Same
answer....no problem....will combine and save freight. Quick shipping and everything
correct. I plan on ordering my supplies from now on regardless of price because
1 - they answered the phone with a person who spoke perfect English.
2- they did everything I ask with a smile.
3-small family owned company.
4-great to see that there is still some good old fashioned customer service

Especially appreciate this after spending 2 1/2 hours on phone with stupid cable company
to fix a simple problem. Only took 3 calls.

I just called Monday and ordered 500 Berger 105vdl have a great price they were at my door by Thursday great service fast shipping I will keep them in mind when I need reloading equipment

Maybe great service for you but they offered free shipping but no matter what I put in the cart it always charged shipping. So into the Spam folder there emails go!
