Nalgene powder bottle fill spout?

I've seen a bunch of methods used to refill the Nalgene power bottles on powder measures...corks, plastic plugs, boat bilge drain stops, etc.

From those that use these...what's a good sealing plug that's reasonably weather tight and spill proof? And what ones should be avoided?
