Ordered a set of grips on 12/26/22.
Received on time, but......when opening the package, noticed the hole in one of the grips was obviously misformed.
Sent email to NCO. They advise to return the grips, on my dime, AND to include another $8 for return shipping.
Questioned why I have to pay the freight, both ways, on a defective item that they sent. They advised our return policy is clearly printed on the website.
I should have sent the grips back postage due.
Instead, repaired the misformed grip with two part epoxy. Did not think investing another $14 in postage was worth it.
Buyer beware.
