My Pelican case for Farley coax rest with pictures

Several people have inquired as to what rest I utilize for my Farley rest so I thought I would post it. I use a Pelican 1560 rest with foam that I purchased on amazon. The case was about $160. It is not cheap but is extremely well built. It is very heavy duty. It has a carrying handle and also an extendable handle to be used with wheels that are on the rest.

I too have a Farley rest. I recognize the shorter rod with the ball on the end of it as the means of manipulating the rest around its axis. I do not recognize the longer rod with the two 90 degree bends in it?

Thanks for the posting. That wheeled case looks just the ticket! Did the foam come with it?
