My heart is heavy....We lost Allie Euber today.

A well known Benchrest shooter, Allie Euber lost his battle with cancer today. He was known for his excellence at this sport, but was better known for his deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ. He was a great family man and they are diminished (as are all who knew him) with his passing. My prayers for family and friends. JamesPTDC0049 (2).JPG

Didn't know the man,but none the less prayers for his family. It makes me wonder how many more are we going to lose before there is a cancer break through. It use to be 1 in 3, now it is one in 2. It will soon be not how many have cancer, but who does not have it.

Allie is on the left in that photo.
How good or nice was he?
He heard L.W.Moore wouldn't make the IBS Score National at Chippewa in Ohio because he didn't have a rifle suitable by IBS rules so he told L.W. to be there and he'd take care of him. Allie loaned L.W. a rifle and gave him bullets, powder, and primers. That's pretty good.

Sorry to hear of this loss. Sounds like he was a great guy.

I've lost two really great shooting buddies in the last year, one was 72, died unexpectedly of a heart attack the other from a long battle with cancer. Makes me appreciate each day as a gift and try to make the most of the day.

" My prayers for family and friends. "

Never meet the gentleman but have read about him many times over the years.

Prayers sent out for him and those near and dear to him.

Shot with Allie a few times. He would fire about 20 shots on his sighter then go to the record. When i ask what he was doing he just smiled.
His FAITH in JESUS will assure him of a place in Heaven.

we knew this was coming , yet it still is a shock. we never gave up hoping he had more time.
Bless you where you are Allie, your going to be missed.

Sad that I never met the man. Sad for those that lost a friend. Prayers sent for his family.
